About Kate
Kate lives in beautiful Adelaide, South Australia with her husband and two sons, Josh and Luke. Kate was born and grew up in windy Wellington, New Zealand. In 1989 she came to Adelaide to visit her sister but she hasn’t gone back yet… (Well, she loves Adelaide so much she can’t bear to leave).
Kate has a gorgeous dog (Jessie Willson, the Cavoodle) who watches TV and loves ABC Kids, and a Burmese cat called Murphy who likes to sleep in the dog kennel.
Kate likes reading, writing, gardening, hot air ballooning, playing tennis (pretty badly), animals – especially cats and dogs, and long holidays in faraway places.
